“Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat” i.e. “Ek India, Best India” is an initiative by the India Government to promote cultural integration and mutual understanding between States and Union Territories. Launched in 2015, the programme encourages people to explore and appreciate the diverse traditions, languages and heritage of different regions, thereby promoting national integration. The event is being organized as an annual cultural festival in all Kendriya Vidyalayas, showcasing the rich national heritage and unity in diversity.
